Shoot day 1 (part #1 washroom scene)

According to our plan, today was our "first day" of "films opening" shoot. We started off with non-linear shooting and went for "washroom scene" first. In the above collage Sayera (make-up artist) is giving our actress a "druggy" look and by back combing her hair so that it looks messy.
While Sayera was busy doing the makeup, Iqra and I were setting up the "Mise-en-scene". As you can see in the above collage, in the first picture we are setting up the light, we did one point lighting bounced on the ceiling and in the second one we scattered all the stuff on the washroom's floor such as the pills, hair brush, tissue papers, hand shower, etc, because Katherine (the actress) is basically a drug addict, alcoholic, bulimic and a depressed person so we had to keep that in mind that our "Mise-en-scene" should be really powerful.

We decide to take "three" different scenes in the washroom. The first on was when Katherine is sitting in the shower tray and is stressed out, crying and holding her stomach because of pain. We used a Nikon D5300 and set it on the alter tripod. The camera settings were f 3.5, ISO 400 and shutter speed at 1/50. A single light was bounced on the ceiling.

This was the third and the last scene in which Katherine is washing her face. Saad (camera man) is taking the shot.
